The aim of EU-funded RUSMECO project is to raise competitiveness of innovative Russian SMEs through establishing an inter-regional network with so-called "Communities of Practice (CoP)", between SME clusters in Moscow, St-Petersburg and Ekaterinburg.The intention of these Communities of Practice is to enable SMEs and other inetersted organisations to share knowledge and experiences on subjects of common interest and thereby to enhance individual management capabilities and SME performance.

iCamp is a research and development project funded by the European Commission under the IST (Information Society Technology) programme of FP6. The project aims at creating an infrastructure for collaboration and networking across systems, countries, and disciplines in Higher Education.
